Search and replace and spell checker

To reproduce this problem import the attached file (source language de, target language en). You need to have trackchanges and spellcheck active.

Search for #. and replace it with test

The matches are marked correctly, but after the replace, the whole word before the search (only if marked as spelling error) match is marked as deleted.
