Delete task locking for a user, where the task assoc is set to finished

      If a user does not leave the task but has finished working on it, it can happen, that the PM sets the task to finished for him.

      In this case the task still stays locked by this user.

      Therefore we should ensure, that the task is unlocked, if the user task association is set to finished.
