Tag terms on opening a segment

On opening a segment the segment content should be send to the TermTagger for termtagging, if terminology is assigned to the task.

Analogous to languageTool spell-checking, the terminology mark-up should be exchanged with the new results in the editable segment, as soon as it is back from the TermTagger.

In difference to languageTool (where the marks are offset-based) the termTagger sends back tag-based mark-up, what can be exchanged in the segment on a search and replace base in JS:
