Embed the translate5 task videos as iframe in the help window. The videos are either in german or english, they are chosen automatically depending on the GUI interface. A list of links to jump to specific parts of the videos are provided.

Description
Embed the translate5 gtaskide videos as iframe in the help window. The videos are in 2 languages: show English video when the interface is en and show German video when the interface is de. "Start at" integration needs to be implemented, so the user can jump to different sections in the video itself.
