Solve Memory Problems with the Headless Browser when processing the TextReflow

      There are Memory Problems when the Headless Browser performs the Text-Reflow leading to JS-Timeouts.

      • Investigate Problem, more RAM for the Browser Process ?
      • Detect case, add useful error message
      • Make TextReflow/Headless-Browser an own Worker and not part of the pdfToHtmlEx Worker
