0.manually prepare tbx-file having specialchars encoded and inserted at different places
1.create termCollection and import that tbx-file into
2.search for '*' in that termCollection, get imported term id
3.request term info for that term id
4.compare qty of specialchars: original tbx vs dumped term info
5.do tbx export for that termCollection
6.compare qty of specialchars: original tbx vs exported tbx
