Issues popped up in Transline presentation

In the transline presentation of the TermPortal a few minor things popped up, that should be fixed:

• This JS error: https://app.therootcause.io/#marc-mittag/translate5/errors/68a88655e9ce310bf27879b56743d47427e2156c
  • this happened in Ozans translate5 instance on the server, so he may be able to reproduce it with the link logged in rootcause, if you ask him.
• In the German GUI in the filter dialogue those strings should be changed:
  • Erstellt bei => Erstellt am
  • Aktualisiert bei => Aktualisiert am
• In the German GUI in the batch editing window the text on the tabs is not fully readable. We should not make the window bigger to make it still work for mobiles. Therefore we should add a functionality, that shows the complete text on mouse over.
• Same is true for the headings of the 3 attributes panels on the right (depending on the screen size)
