Fixes the problem with hide and collapse annotations in visual.

Description
Hide/show and expand/collapse all buttons are not working in the latest translate5 release.
The problem is, the selection which is collecting all annotations (pdftohtml reviews only -> trscroller) is using wrong page node for collecting the annotations.
