The workflow step calculation of a task was calculating a wrong result if a workflow step (mostly visiting of a visitor) was added as first user.

problem

If the first user added to a task is added as visitor, then the calculation of the workflow step is not working anymore, also if some other jobs in a valid workflow configuration are added.
