Change tooltip / Definition on language level cant be set / Double attribute of "Definition" on entry level

    • tooltips changed to 'Forbidden' / 'Verboten' for deprecatedTerm and supersededTerm statuses

      When the stop sign icon is used (check attached image), the tooltip should always say "Forbidden" and in German, it should say "Verboten".
