Add isReview and isTranslation methods to task entity

    • Internal functions renamed.

      • Create two new task model functions in the backend:
      • isReview and isTranslation
      • Both methods return bool and calculates from internally getEmptyTarget
      • All occurences of getEmptyTarget should be replaced.
      • The name emptyTarget and its getter and setter should remain, since this is technical representation if the field.
