File review.html created in import-zip, even if not necessary

    • reviewHtml.txt will be no longer created when there are no visual-urls defined on import.

    Description

      If you upload files through the wizard, you will always get an empty reviewhtml.txt-file inside the import-zip package, that you can re-export as PM, if you provide pdfs for the visual through the visual, even though you did not specify URLs for the visual.

      A reviewhtml.txt should only be in the import-package, if there are really URLs provided.
