Problem

When searching with regular expression with match-case on, an error happens:

ERROR Zend_Db_Statement_Exception: E9999 - SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 3995 Character set 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci' cannot be used in conjunction with 'binary' in call to regexp_like.
