Enable visual with source website, html, xml/xslt and images to provide more than 19 pages

    • FIX: The Pager for the visual now shows reviews with more than 9 pages properly.

      Right now there is a max of 19 pages in the visual for the visual types website, html, xml/xslt and images.

      There should be no limit.

          The pager now handles up to 99 Pages flawlessly. Above 99 Numbers may be cut visually, which should be neglectible
