Description
We should restrict the sending of error mails to users, that explicitly are selected for getting them.
For this we should introduce a checkbox in the user management:
Receive error mails / Fehlermails erhalten
This checkbox should only be checkable for users with active admin role and should automatically be unchecked, if the admin role is removed from the user.
Instead we discussed internally to create new role systemadmin which receives that mails and will have access to some other system relevant features in the UI.
All mittagqi/manager users with emails ending to @mittaggi.com or @translate5.net are getting that role automatically on update.
