It should be possible to configure the management of tags in the segments in different ways:

ignore missing tags when saving segments
ignore tags completely for the task (applies to the import already)

These levels should be configurable for filetypes, eg. ignore tags completely for office-formats, ignore missing tags for indesign and the like
