Installer doesn't work without /usr/bin/mysql

Even when setting the environment variable CMD_MYSQL before calling install-and-update.sh, the installer still asks for /usr/bin/mysql.

The setting is not passed to DbUpdater.php correctly and this falls back to hardcoded /usr/bin/mysql.
