Uploading a file in InstantTranslate bigger as post_max_size or upload_max_filesize does not print a error message usable for the user nor a usable error message in system log, just:

ERROR in core: E9999 - Path cannot be empty

solution

This must be changed, so that the error message for the user and for admins are useful, still the error may be different: for the end user: File to big, for the admin, file is bigger as X config.
