Workflow user prefs loading fails on importing task

Problem

An error messages appear to the user in the task overview when the user clicks on reload task button and the user is assigned to an importing task.

To reproduce

• import a task and assign user in the user assignment wizard in the import window
• do not click on next in the import wizard
• log in in different browser with the assigned user and click on the reload button
