Create task without selecting file

    • Fixes a problem where the import wizard form could be submitted without selecting a valid workfile.

      Problem

      The import wizard does not block the submit button when there is no workfile selected. If you select all required fields and there is no workfile added yet, you can submit the form which leads to this error: File 'importUpload' exceeds the defined ini size
