New workflow action: End workflow - skip following workflow steps

This action will only be available to the user, if he is the last user of the current workflow step, who has not finished his job so far.

We would extend our existing workflow engine which has currently a fixed linear step processing, so that steps can be directly set, including the endWorkflow step, which is the end after the last configured step.

• offers the user when finishing his job to end the complete task
• notify all later users in the workflow, that they do not have to do anything anymore.

  • This current workflow job assignment is set to "finished"
• Job Status ignored
  • All job assignments of following workflow steps are set to ignored

• New GUI elements:
  • Where the user can finish his job he will get offered the additional option: "End task - cancel all next workflow steps"
  • This workflow action will only be available to the user, if he is the last user of the current workflow step, who has not finished his job so far.
• E-Mails
  • The users, who are ignored will receive an e-mail about this with the information, that the task is ended early and their work is not needed any more.
