Improves tooltip texts in match analysis.
Description
The tooltip currently is mis-leading. See linked TS-Issue.
It should be changed to:
EN: "If this option is enabled, all hits that are not pre-translated from the TM will be pre-translated from the MT."
DE: "Wenn diese Option aktiviert ist, werden alle Treffer, die nicht aus dem TM vorübersetzt sind, von der MT vorübersetzt."
