Multitenancy of management interfaces

The existing role "PM" will be renamed to "PM (all clients)".

The field "Clients InstantTranslate and TermPortal" will be renamed in "Assigned clients (affect roles PM, InstantTranslate and TermPortal-roles)"

The new role "PM" will only have access to the data of the clients, it is assigned to. This affects the overviews

• projects
• tasks
• clients
• users
• language resources

It also affects those fields, where a client can be selected:

• When assigning a user to a client
• When assigning a language resource to a client
• When creating a project and assigning it to a client
• The clients that are selectable in the clients drop-down next to the logout button

What management overviews the PM can access is defined by an additional form tag-field, that is only active, if the checkbox "PM" is checked in the roles table. This means, in affect there are multiple PM-roles possible.
