Clean resource assignments after customer is removed

Problem

Customer is removed from resource which is already assigned to a task, the task assignment is not removed and it stays. This leads to not visible assigned resource in language resource overview in the task properties.
Show question window which asks the user if the assignments should be removed from a task when customer is removed from the language resource. Pivot assignments should also be cleaned!
