Enable file format settings on file level within project

      Project wizard

      For every file a different file format setting collection (bconf) should be selectable.

      For each file only those bconfs are selectable, where the file extension of the file has been listed as customized - plus the default bconf of the current client.

      The current field to select a bconf for a project stays. What is selected here defines the pre-selection per file. When it changes the bconf values on file level are reset.
