Remove additional query for spellcheck data on edit segment

When a segment is opened for editing spellcheck plugin makes an ajax call for spellcheck data, but that data is already loaded for that segment. This background query makes highlighting data in the editor to have a timeout.
Need to check if that additional query can be ommited.
