Enable XLF namespace registration from plug-ins

    • Plug-ins can now register custom XLIFF namespace handlers to enable import of proprietary XLIFF dialects.

      problem

      The list of available XLF namespace handlers was hardcoded and can not be extended by XLF namespace handlers provided by plug-ins.

      solution

      Implement the possibility to register new handlers.
