TermPortal: introduction dialog with youtube video is now shown once TermPortal is opened

Description
Dialog with embedded youtube video should be shown on termportal opening, in the same way as it is done for main translate5 application. Also, 'Help'-button should be added at the top toolbar, so that dialog can be shown onclick
