Match analysis panel should be visible for editor only users as separate popup which will be triggered from the task action menu "Match analysis". On menu click, new popup should be shown where the Match analysis are displayed with all of the export buttons and labels (same as the pms are currently seeing in the project overview).

If this popup is shown or not can be defined in customer config.
