It happens, that the binary format of t5memory TMs changes.

If this is the case, we need to be able to migrate the TMs.

For this we need a script, that:

• Exports all existing t5memory language resources as TMX and save them to the disk
• deletes the memory in t5memory, but not the language resource entry in translate5

In the update process after executing this script the admin needs to update t5memory. So this needs to be a manual process for now.

Than we need another script, that:

• For every TMX that was exported by the previous script creates a new memory in t5memory
• Ensures, that the existing language resource entry in translate5 can stay unmodified and uses the newly created memory in t5memory, that was created using the TMX that stemmed from that corresponding language resource
