Multiple improvements required for term portlet.
First step:

1. adjust the backend so the tooltip data is not grouped in 3 groups. Each term should receive all attributes required to render the tooltip
2. reduce and adjust the frontent tooltip rendering code on the new data structure.
   Second step - before doing that, discuss with the Thomas if above refactoring did reduce code complexity enough:
3. remove the current tooltip rendering from qtip data attribute
4. new tooltip class to display it
