If some translations were found by InstantTranslate within available terminology, and user clicks on 'Open term in TermPortal'-icon - redirection to TermPortal happens using a hash, where languageId-param (among other params) is encoded. This languageId should reflect the languageId of that term instead of id of target language currently selected in InstantTranslate, as otherwise it may happen that term itself belongs to 'EN-US' (e.g. sublanguage), but encoded as 'EN' (e.g. base-language), so that encoded languageId is different, which may lead to that such value to be NOT in the list of available TermPortal languages due to that list is merged across all termcollections' languages, where can be sublanguage id but not base language id.
