Plugin Visual: In the (left) source layout for tasks with available pivot now a toggle button exists, that will switch between source and pivot language. Please note, that the pivot-view will use the reflown Wysiwyg-layout with all known limitations.
Description
If a pivot language is available in a task, in addition to the target layout a pivot layout should be generated. It should be displayed instead of the source layout. Everything in the pivot layout should work analogous to how the target layout works.
The source layout should be available, too. It should be possible to toggle between the source and the pivot layout.
