The behavior of the import wizard is in parts wrong and in parts misleading.

The following bugs should be fixed and text should be changed:

Missing pre-translation in certain case

If no user is in the default assignments and you add a user for translation in the user assignment screen of the import wizard and then in this screen click "import, skipt next" no pre-translations are done.

This is wrong, pre-translations should be made in this case with the language resources, that are assigned by default.

Wrong behavior, when clicking third button (skip next) on first wizard screen

Currently this is done:

• No pre-translations and autoqua
• default users are assigned
• language resources are assigned
• customer defaults of system settings are used

Yet it should be like this:

• No pre-translations and autoqua
• NO default users are assigned
• NO language resources are assigned
• customer defaults of system settings are used
