Overflow menu is now turned On for most toolbars and tab-bars, including project wizard
Description
If the project wizard pop-up window is smaller than its contents regarding the width, a horizontal scrollbar should appear, what is not the case.
This should be fixed. Yet it should only appear, if the window is to small.
