Some attribute values need to change in the term translation workflow

Currently in the term translation workflow all attribute values are taken over from the source term.

For some this is a wrong behavior.

For "last modified" the date of the import of the new term should be choose. Same for the last modifier, who should be the PM, that started the re-import.

The attribute "gender" should not be exported into the TBX, that goes into the translation workflow, because gender can change in the translation. So it needs to be set in TermPortal later on.
