Pivot pre-translation is not paused while tm is importing

      Actual behaviour: When TM is in importing status and we trigger pivot pre-translation - Event with warning that TM is not usable at the moment appears immediately after triggering pre-translation

      Expected behaviour: Pre-translation should be paused by PauseWorker and wait until TM is imported (60 seconds max wait time by default).

      Also please set the default waiting time for the analysis to 6 minutes, because large TMX files will not be imported after 60 seconds.
