Problem

On re-import, if the reimported target contains more protected tags (for the protected spaces that we can insert ourselves in translate5 using the character icons and also for the other type of protected spaces that can be inserted in LibreOffice Writer using SHIFT+ALT+spacebar) then the source, all additional protected protected tags will be ignored and not imported in the target.

To reproduce this:

• import the geschützteLeerzeichen.odt
• then reimport the geschuetzteLeerzeichen_exportPackage.zip
• the second nbsp is not presented in the target (and if you check the xlif in the reimport package, you will see that there are 2 nbsp)
