Improve logging for no access errors on opened tasks

    • The user will get sometimes no access error when task is being opened for editing. For that reason, the front-end error logging is improved.

      problem

      We get from time to time "no access" errors on opened tasks, having no clue why.

      solution

      Add a JS error in that case so that users are logging that to rootcause and we get info from the UI.
