Sort terms in TermPortlet of the editor according to their order in the segment

    Description

      Currently the order of the terms in the termPortlet in the right panel of the segment does not seem to follow a user-oriented logic.

      They should be sorted in the order of they appear in the source of the segment.

      Please solve together with https://jira.translate5.net/browse/TRANSLATE-3292
