If I assign more than 19 target languages and all of them have language resources defined and I click through the import wizard, this leads to an error in the import, because the language resources panel of the import wizard can not handle more than 19 and then when finishing the wizard this leads for those languages that are defined but could not be listed any more in the language resources panel to an error on the server side.
