Improve re-import segment alignment

    • Different segment alignment will be used base on the task version. All tasks older then translate5 - 6.5.0 will use different segment alignment.

    Description

      With the implementation of TRANSLATE-3303 and the improvement of the segment MID uniqueness, the task re-import segment allignment will use different algorithms to match the reimported segments.
