Mysql wildcards not escaped when using search and replace and grid filters

Problem

Mysql wildcards % and _ are not escaped when searching with search and replace and with the grid filters.

To reproduce

• import the attached task
• search for % in source field with search and replace
• all 3 segments are marked as they should have results
• also if you search in the source text with same query '%' - all 3 segments will be listed

In addition, check if:

• replace all has the same problems.
• other grid filters have the same problem
