Custom database port can be set when installing new translate5 instance using the translate5 installer. This can be done with setting the new environment variable T5_INSTALL_DB_PORT while installing Translate5.

Issue is described here TS-2551
Need to add a database port to be configurable on the PHP container startup.
Need to add a new env variable, called
T5_INSTALL_DB_PORT to be used in run-translate5.sh
