Using a recreated TBX term tagger cannot tag terms anymore

      • create a project with term tagging enabled
      • restart termtagger to discard online stored TBX
      • rename terminology.tbx to trigger recreation
      • after that edit a segment, the tagger cannot tag the segment
        Possible Problems:
      • We recreate the TBX with IDs, to ensure that the same IDs are used for the TBX. The IDs from our DB differ to them the tagger had given in the first run.
      • the created TBX could not be invalid since the TermTagger uses it. Perhaps we have a ID mismatch here?
        → Can be because of the forced addID call after recreation!
