If the TM reorganization takes to long, the TM import will run into a timeout.

The TM reorganization will be changed into an asynch process soon. As soon as this is done, we should adopt this in translate5 and make all calls to t5memory handle the re-organize scenario correctly:

• TM import/export, re-import, analysis and pre-translation should wait, until re-organize finished and continue then
• fuzzy and concordance calls should see a message

• updating/saving a segment: Display a message:
