Workers overview

New UI overview should be implemented where all workers should be listed in grid. One overview in the project task as additional tab panel after events tab. This should list only the workers for the current task.

Additional overview where all of the workers will be listed should be added in the preferences overview.

Both should only be available vor sysadmin role.
