The languatetool live check on editing is enabled now by default - also on instances where it was disabled with purpose. If you don't want the live check please disable it again: configuration SpellCheck.liveCheckOnEditing

The default value of some configurations was changed in the past, but the comparator (for the is changed check) in the DB was not updated. This is fixed now.
Description
problem
The default column in the Zf_configuration table should contain the default value in order to compare the value column against for recognising changes.
The default column was not up to date for some values, this is fixed now.
Also the Spellcheck runtimeOptions.plugins.SpellCheck.liveCheckOnEditing is enable now by default which was not the case.
