ENHANCEMENT: It can be configured if the changed segments email contains the commented segments and if the "Target text(at time of import)" is shown.
Description
So far only segments are listed, that have been changed are listed in the mail translate5 sends to PMs and editors of the following workflow step.
In the future also segments should be listed, that are only commented.
If this should be the case or not should be configurable and the configuration should be overwriteable on client, import and task-level.
In addition it should be possible to show in addition to the currently shown columns in this mail the column "target text at import time". If this should be the case or not should be configurable and the config should be overwriteable on client, import and task-level.
