Show history of term or attribute in TermPortal

Next to each Term and each attribute an icon should be placed with the following tool-tip:

• EN: Editing history
• DE: Bearbeitungshistorie

A click on the icon opens a pop-up, that shows the editing history of the term or attribute:

• contents of window heading (in case of attribute)

– EN: Editing history of attribute XYZ
– DE: Bearbeitungshistorie Attribut XYZ

• contents of window heading (in case of term)

– EN: Editing history of term XYZ
– DE: Bearbeitungshistorie Benennung XYZ

• content of window body
  • grid with the following columns
